Child protection
Due to the high volume of music and the resulting strain, we do not recommend bringing young children along to concerts. The participation of young people in concerts is determined by the parents on the basis of the personal custody law. According to the German Civil Code (Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuch or BGB), parents have the duty and the right to take responsibility for their minor children (under the age of 18). Therefore, the parents ultimately make the decision.
Please consult the respective organizer regarding their regulations for your event! You will find the name of the organizer including a link to their website in the corresponding event details.
Under 16
Adolescents under 16 years of age may only be present at the concert if accompanied by a legal guardian. Restrictions on the serving and consumption of alcoholic beverages and on the serving of tobacco products and smoking apply.
16 - 18
Adolescents between the ages of 16 and 18 are only allowed at events that end before midnight. These are generally only concerts.

What can be handed in?

- Larger pieces of luggage such as suitcases can be handed in on an exceptional basis, but must be registered in writing in advance.

- We have no visitor parking, with the exception of accessible parking spaces. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed.
- For this reason, and above all to protect the environment, we recommend traveling by public transport, bicycle, or on foot.
